The Skills Ambassador helped me connect my current field (Healthcare/Childcare) with the tech (AI) options I’m exploring. He understood that I'd like to stay in my current fields whilst upskilling so that I can develop applications that are relevant to them.

Although I came in with a singular mindset, the Skills Ambassador encouraged me to explore beyond my comfort zone. Her supportiveness opened up many possibilities for me.

Thanks to the Skills Ambassador’s encouragement and tips on navigating resources, I started a 12-week course in innovation and will begin another SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) in digital marketing next week. I’m still figuring out what’s next in terms of industry and skills, but I’m building good momentum now. The session made a real difference to me.
